Our Team
Managing Director - Tim Jones
Tim Is an educated professional with decades of extensive experience on complicated high end commercial and residential projects throughout NZ with values ranging from $1-800M. He has a highly productive management ethic, macro-planning & micro organizing where necessary, with the ability to lead and control throughout the project phases to facilitate excellent time, cost & quality results.
Tim has completed a master’s in construction management majoring in construction law, and a bachelor’s in quantity surveying, has a diploma in management and is trade + LBP qualified. Tim's culture is leadership from the front, creating and maintain relationships, with strong team work ethic through collaboration, effective communication, planning & creative problem solving, with excellent desktop skills.
His skill-set highlights are the ability to adapt, learn and evolve systems, implement positive change, effective planning, programming & delivery, quantity surveying, project management, construction law, finance & accounting, dispute resolution, fire & acoustic engineering.
