KEY COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

Apartment Block Reclad – $6M

 Role: Commercial Construction Manager
On-site project manager reporting to Project Director and client representative. Managed façade replacement, internal fit-out completion, defect resolution, and CCC achievement. Controlled programme completion phase, cost-to-complete forecasting, QA systems, council and engineering compliance, and health & safety. 

New Classroom Block – $14M

Client: ACG Sunderland | Contractor: Pure Build | Delivery: Design & Build
Role: Site Manager (assist Project Manager)
Led site delivery from civils and structural works through façade systems and full internal fit-out. Implemented Procore-based QA systems and rolling look-ahead programming to accelerate milestones, ensuring compliant handover and successful practical completion. 

Gisborne Aquatic Centre – $46M

 Client: Gisborne District Council | Contractor: Apollo Projects | Delivery: Design & Build
Role: Site Manager (FIFO)
Managed structural steel, façade systems, carpentry, civils, landscaping, and complex internal fit-out works. Led health & safety systems and coordinated compliance with council, engineers, and architect using Procore for QA and documentation control.

Grays Avenue Apartment block's – $180M

 Client: Kāinga Ora | Contractor: ICON
Role: Site Manager (Building A)
Senior site leadership role on a large-scale high-rise residential development. Managed programme, quality, and cost controls while driving construction sequencing, QA inspections, and compliance with fire engineering, seismic design, and council requirements. 

NZ International Convention Centre – $800M

 Client: Sky City |Contractor: Fletcher Construction | Delivery: Design & Build
Role: Project Leader / Junior PM
Worked across multiple specialist work packages including heritage façade refurbishment ($6M), intumescent fire coatings ($14M), and major facade coordination scopes. 

Responsible for programme delivery, QA/QC systems, subcontractor coordination, and regulatory compliance on one of NZ’s most complex builds. 

AUT Science Block – $100M

 Client: AUT | Contractor: Fletcher Construction
Role: Interior Fit-Out Manager
Managed high-quality, technically complex interior works including a 12-storey atrium, staircases, lifts, core services, bathrooms, and specialist finishes. Delivered to programme with strict quality and coordination requirements. 

Datacom Headquarters – $90M

 Contractor: Fletcher Construction
Role: Site / Fit-Out Manager
Led programme recovery to achieve practical completion deadlines. Managed high-end commercial interiors, lifts, fire engineering works, and specialist finishes within a multi-storey mixed-use environment 

Fletcher Head Office (Rebar) – $15M

 Contractor: Fletcher Construction
Role: Site Manager
Coordinated foundation and structural works through to office fit-out, services integration, and fire and acoustic engineering. Maintained programme momentum and QA/QC compliance. 

Bayley's Property Head Office – $20M

 Contractor: Fletcher Interiors
Role: Site Manager
Delivered a high-end, multi-storey commercial office fit-out. Responsible for programme control, health & safety leadership, quality assurance, and consultant coordination. 

University of Auckland – New Science Block – $150M

 Role: Defects & Close-Out Manager
Managed defect resolution and close-out processes on a large institutional build, coordinating consultants, contractors, and client representatives to achieve compliant completion. 

TVNZ Stage 2 Redevelopment – $50M

 Role: Site Supervisor
Supervised demolition, new build, and refurbishment works within a live broadcast environment. Managed acoustic engineering, fire engineering, and high-end industrial fit-out requirements 

University of Auckland – Teaching Space Upgrades – $7M

 Role: Site Supervisor
Managed multiple concurrent fit-out projects including lecture theatres and computer lab upgrades, ensuring continuity of operations, quality delivery, and programme adherence.
